Ingredients

1 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar plus extra
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-3/4 cups flou
1 cup crushed potato chips

Step 1

Cream margarine and sugar. Add vanilla and flour. Fold in potato chips. Drop onto cookie sheet, 2” apart and flatten (real flat) with a glass that has been dipped in sugar. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
