Ingredients
- Crust:
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Topping:
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F. For crust, combine ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, blending well. Pat mixture into a lightly greased 13-by-9-by-2-inch pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes; cool.
For topping, melt chocolate chips with peanut butter in top of a double boiler over low heat. Stir in peanuts. Spread topping over crust. Cover and refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Store in refrigerator.
