Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (1 1/2 lbs)
- 8 potatoes, peeled and sliced in 1/2" pieces
- 4 carrots, peeled and sliced in 1" pieces
- Fresh or canned mushrooms
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 package onion-mushroom soup mix
- 1 1/2 C water

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat in oil in dutch oven. Remove. Brown all veggies in same pan - 15-25 min.
Return meat to pot, cover and bake in 350º oven for about an hour.
