Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup finely-chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon steak sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
- 6 pork loin chops, 1" thick

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine the first seven ingredients until smooth; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Grill pork chops for 5 minutes. Turn chops; cook for 5 to 8 minutes longer or until no longer pink, basting frequently with glaze.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
