Slow Cooked Spaghetti Sauce

By

Delicious sauce.

"A very easy, stand-alone recipe. It's also a great base recipe, ripe for customization as shown by the comments! I have to admit I generally make a sauce based on a Mario Battali recipe, which is much more time consuming and costly. The Battali recipe creates a great sauce, but I often don't have the time (hours) to tend to it. This sauce is flavorful, adaptable, and the newest addition to my Big Oven collection.
