Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground beef
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 1 head Cabbage, chopped
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can Biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Brown hamburger, drain and add onion and cabbage. Simmer until cabbage and onion are just tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add soup and cheese. Heat through.

Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Top with drop biscuits. Bake at 375 until biscuits are brown.
