- 4 cups 2% milk
- 1/2 cup skim milk powder
- 2 heaping spoons of yogurt

Preparation
Step 1
Start Yogurt maker
Heat on medium-low to 185-190F (85-88c)
use candy thermometer.
Cool in a sink of water to 110-115F
Add 2 heaping spoons of yogurt
Pour into yogurt jars, process for 8 hours.
