  • reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
  • 4 pkg. size of vanilla pudding
  • one banana
  • small can of crushed pineapple
  • small tub of fat free cool whip

Step 1

For the “diet pie” buy a reduced fat graham cracker pie crust. Make a 4 pkg. size of vanilla pudding and pour it into the pie shell. Then, cut up one banana into small slices and cover the top of the pudding with it. Then, drain a small can of crushed pineapple and spread the pineapple all over the top of the pie. After that, add a small tub of fat free cool whip on top of the pie - spread it out so it covers the whole pie. Then, refrigerate the whole pie for an hour before serving. One serving is 1/4th of the pie. I love it! If you don’t like bananas or pineapple, then just leave then out. You can just cover the pudding with the fat free cool whip.
