  • LARGE CABBAGE LEAVES
  • 1 LB GROUND BEEF
  • 1 CUP COOKED RICE
  • PARSLEY CHOPPED FINE
  • 1 EGG
  • 2/3 CUP MILK
  • 1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION
  • 1 tsp SALT AND PEPPER
  • SAUCE: 1 TBS BROWN SUGAR
  • 1 BAY LEAF (GRD)
  • 4 CLOVES (GRD)
  • 1 CAN TOMATO SOUP
  • 1/2 / CAN WTR

Preparation

Step 1

COOK CABBAGE LEAVES INSALT WATER FOR 5 MIN.
REMOVE CENTER VEIN. COMBINE MEAT MIXTURE.
ROLL MEAT MIXTURE INTO LEAVES AND PLACE IN BAKING DISH.

POUR SAUCE OVER AND COOK 350 DEGREES FOR ABOUT 1 HR.
