Ingredients

  • 1 box of Bowtie noodles (cooked)
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbs. Cilantro
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Parmesean
  • 3 chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 package of Sundried Tomatos(chopped)
  • 1-16oz bottle Chablis cooking white wine
  • Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook bacon in Skillet or Wok until for a couple minutes, add chicken. Cook until chicken is cooked through. Drain off remaining fat. Heat broth, cilantro, tomatos, pepper and 1/4 bottle of wine. Put Broth in skillet with meat, add pasta. Cook until juice is dissolved. Add remaining wine, cook until it has desired sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesean cheese before serving.
