Ingredients
- 2 lb bag of frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can Cr. Mushroom soup, or any cream soup, undulited
- 1 pt. (16oz) sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1/4 melted margarine
- 1 cup crushed potatoe chips

Step 1
Defrost potatoes. Combine all ingredients except melted butter. Put mixture in a greased pan 13 x 9 . Drizzle the melted butter and crushed potatoe chips on top. Bake 350* for l hour 30 min,
