Ingredients

  • 2 loaves Bread
  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 3 tbsp. poultry seasoning or to taste
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 1 cup celery sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 TBS Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Take bread out the night before and put in large bowl to dry out. Fry sausage then put on top of bread. Melt butter and saute onion and celery. Add to bread mix along with the poultry seasoning, and eggs. Mix all together. Add water to make consistency that you want. You can put in the turkey or in a baking pan. If in a pan bake for 1 hour at 325*
