- triple berry smoothie pops;
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar or liquid honey
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup raspberry-flavored yogurt

- just peachy smoothie pops;
- 2 cups sliced fresh, drained canned or frozen peaches or apricots
- 2 tbsp liquid honey or granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup peach or vanilla flavored yogurt

- banana pineapple smoothie pops;
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen or drained canned pineapple chunks
- 1-2 tbsp granulated sugar or liquid honey
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla flavored or plain yogurt

Preparation
Step 1
in a blender, combine fruit and honey or sugar and milk; puree until smooth. add yogurt and pulse just until combined. pour into ice-pop molds and insert sticks, or pour into 3 oz paper cups. if using paper cups, freeze until partially firm then insert sticks, straws or plastic spoons. freeze until solid, for 2-4 hours or up to 2 weeks
