Bake in a 325F oven (45 minutes per 500 grams of weight)

.300kg 27 minutes
.400kg 36 minutes
.500kg 45 minutes
.600kg 54 minutes
.700kg 1 hour 3 minutes
.800kg 1 hour 12 minutes
.900kg 1 hour 21 minutes
1.00kg 1 hour 30 minutes
Example: a 1.700kg roast requires about 2 hours 33 minutes.
Smaller roasts may require longer roasting times.
Bake until the meat thermometer reads 170 for boneless pork, 185 for cuts with a bone.
PORT MUST ALWAYS BE COOKED UNTIL WELL DONE.
