Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups warm milk
- 1/2 cup potato flakes
- -
- 4 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 heaping T. baking powder

Step 1
Dissolve potato flakes in warm milk. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix and knead until soft and elastic. Put in bowl with tight cover for 30 minutes or until ready to fry. Pinch off and roll out dough, then fry in hot shortening.
