Gravy

Christmas 2012, I used 1 cup of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt, in a large shaker. This was gravy for the two turkey's rosted.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups very cold water

Preparation
Step 1
Blend flour and salt into ver cold water.
Stir or shake until all lumps are gone.
Remove the meat from the roasting pan.
Put the roasting pan directly on a stove burner, set at medium.
Slowly pour flour and water mixture into pan.
Use a spatula to stir and loosen meat particles on the bottom of the pan.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, boil and stir 1 minute.
Pour through sieve if necessary.
