Ingredients
- CRUMB CRUST:
- 1 large packet of Instant Vanilla Pudding
- (ADD HALF THE MILK IT CALLS FOR ON BOX)
- 1 quart of vanilla ice cream, softened
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 2 stacks of Ritz crackers, ground up.
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted

Step 1
Make crust first:
Crush the Ritz Crackers. Melt the margarine. Put crushed crackers in bowl, add melted margarine. Stir together. Reserve small amount of cracker mixture to put on top of dessert. When mixed well, press into and 8X11 cake pan.
Mix pudding and milk (half the milk called for on the box). Add ice cream and Cool Whip. Mix well.
Pour ice cream mixture on top of crumb crust. Sprinkle top with leftover crumbs.
REFRIGERATE 4 hours before serving.
