Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • one egg slightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 3/4 cup diced rhubarb
  • 6 strawberries halved
  • granulated sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients.
Mix liquid ingredients.
Mix together until just moistened.
Fold in fruit.
Fill muffin tins.
Press strawberry half into each cup and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
