Ingredients

  • 1 LB GOUND BEEF
  • 1 MEDIUM ONION CHOPPED
  • 14 OZ CAN TOMATO SAUCE
  • 1 CUP UNCOOKED PASTA
  • 1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • ¼ CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
  • SALT AND PEPPER

Preparation

Step 1

Cook beef and onion in skillet. Drain off fat.

Add tomatoe sauce and season with salt and pepper. Simmer.

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender. Drain. In an 8 inch square baking dish spread half of meat mixture.

Top with macaroni and then remaining meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheddar and parmesan.

Bake at 425F until bubbly.
