Ingredients

  • ¼

    cup sugar

  • 2

    tblsp marzipan

  • 1

    cup shredded sweetend coconut

  • 2

    oz semisweet chocolate chips

  • 3

    large egg whites

  • ½

    teas cream of tartar

Directions

1. Combine marzipan and sugar in bowl use fingers to work completely. Add coconut and chips. Beat egg whites until fluffy using absolutely clean beaters. Add cream of tartar beat on high until stiff peaks form. Add half of egg whites to mixture. Combine and fold in remaining whites gently (careful not to deflate. Bake 20 minutes in preheated 325 oven until tops are lightly brown.
