Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups lw water
- 1 cups milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 Tb butter &/or coconut oil
- 1 Tb salt
- 1/2 cup oat bran
- 1/3 cup wheat bran
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 4 1/4 cups ap flour 1 1/2 Tb yeast

Preparation
Step 1
Mix speed 1 on stand mixer. Put in lightly covered 5 quart bucket for approx 2 hours. Store in frig for up to 5 days. On baking day remove a grapefruit size piece of dough & quickly shape into loaf. Let rest for approx 40 min covered. Slash & top loaf w/ oats. Bake in steamed oven at 350 degrees for 45-50 min.
