Honey Mustard Brats

Ingredients

• Brats
• 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tablespoons mayo
• 1 teaspoon steak sauce
• 4 uncooked bratwurst links
• 4 brat buns

Step 1

1. Mix mustard, honey, mayo and steak sauce well
2. Grill bratwurst, covered , over medium heat for 15-
20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink
2. Baste brats frequently while cooking
