Cheddar Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 4-6 chicken breasts (4-6 cups cooked chicken)
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded (4 cups)
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth (from cooking chicken)
- 52 ounce Cream of Chicken soup (2 family size cans)
- 16 ounce macaroni noodles, cooked
- 1 1/2 cup cheeze-it crackers, crushed

Preparation
Step 1
Simmer chicken in pan w/ water to cover. Cool, cut up. Reserve 1 1/2 broth.
Cook macaroni until almost tender, drain. Place in greased 5-quart casserole (or 2 smaller casseroles). Sprinkle shredded cheese over macaroni, cover with chicken. Sprinkle with cashews and pour over the soup, thinned with chicken broth. Top with crackers.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, until bubbly.
