Ingredients
- 1 cup torn iceberg lettuce leaves 250 mL
- 1 cup torn romaine lettuce 250 mL
- 1 ⁄2 cup watercress, stems removed 125 mL
- 1 cup diced celery 250 mL
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 cups cubed, cooked lobster or shrimp
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 medium grapefruit, sectioned
- 5 large pitted ripe olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh, frozen or canned
- 50 mL Cream Dressing
- 1 cup creamed cottage cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Pinch pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Toss together first 5 ingredients in large salad bowl.
Combine next 5 ingredients, sprinkle all with lemon juice and add to greens.
Garnish with additional tomato slices and ripe olives.
Refrigerate until well chilled.
Meanwhile make dressing, combine all ingredients in blender or mixing bowl and beat until creamy smooth.
Pour over salad just before serving.
Serves 4.
