Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound ground turkey (or beef)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 4 Tbsp chili powder, or to taste
  • 1 cup french dressing
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups or 30 ounce can kidney beans or black beans (drained)
  • 8-12 cups lettuce, torn or shredded
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion
  • Frito Chips or tortilla chips
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat and onion. Stir in chili powder. Add beans (drained), dressing, and water. Simmer 15 minutes.

Combine lettuce, green onions, and chips in large bowl. Add meat sauce and 1 1/2 cups cheese, toss lightly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.


FRENCH DRESSING RECIPE:
1/8 tsp Stevia
8 oz Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Mustard
2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Celery salt
1 cup oil

Blend with immersion blender, be sure to add oil slowly as blending.
