Ingredients

  • 1 small can button mushrooms(save juice)
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 3-oz can Chinese noodles
  • 8 oz cashews
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. diced onions
  • 1 can chunk white tuna

Preparation

Step 1

Stir juice from mushrooms into soup and mix well. Mix together all ingredients and bake in casserole for 40 minutes at 325*.

Can omit mushrooms and add bean sprouts. Use 1/4 c. water for mushroom juice. Can use cream of chicken soup in place of mushroom.
