Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs round steak, at least 1 inch thick
- 2 tsp prepared mustard
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1-1/2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp steak sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup water

Step 1
Score steadk with knife on both sides. Brush with mustard.
Combine flour, salt and pepper in shallow dish or on waxed paper. Press steak into flour mixture to coat completely.
Brown both sides of steak in cooking oil in frying pan.
Combine ketchup, steak sauce, onion and water in small bowl. Add to steak. Cover. Cook on low for about 1-1/2 hours, adding more water if necessary, until very tender. To serve, cut into thin slices. Fan slices on serving platter. Spoon remaining sauce over slices.
