  • Soya Marinade
  • 1/2 cup soya sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • meat (pork, beef or chicken)

Step 1

Cube up your meat in 1" (2.5cm) cubes and marinade for 2-3 hours. When you are ready to grill, add to skewers and weave slices of bacon between each piece. As you cook them, brush with the marinade as you turn until the meat feels firm (cooked through). This is a great recipe if you are going somewhere.... you can make up the shish-ka-bobs and place in marinade and then they will be ready to cook at your destination.
