ROASTED GARLIC

Roasted garlic is a wonderful addition to a diet restricted by allergies. Studies have shown varied results, but the fact remains garlic is a good source of B vitamins, selenium, and manganese, and helps reduce cholesterol. When roasted, it becomes sweet and nutty. Freeze roasted garlic for up to 3 months.
