Puffy Meatloaf Pie

Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 3 potatoes, shredded (2-3 cups)
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup Chili Sauce or Ketchup
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 2-3 cups grated cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl combine ground beef, potatoes, onion, ketchup, eggs, salt & pepper. Press meat mixture into 2 or 3 (10-inch) glass pie pans (depending on size or preference).
Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Drain fat off.
Separate dough into triangles (roll outer edges). Arrange 6-8 triangles over each partially baked meat mixture (depending on # of pies). Bake 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated cheeses and bake an additional 5 minutes.
NOTE:
2 pie pans -- 8 dough triangles on each.
3 pie pans -- 6 dough triangles on each.
