Ingredients
- 1 cup raisins (soak in hot tap water for 30 minutes)
- 1 cup soft butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 pinches salt
- 2 cups corn syrup, light
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 60 tart shells

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, using a wooden spoon, mix together the soft butter, brown sugar, salt and corn syrup; stir well until sugar is dissolved and butter is creamy. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
Drain raisins. Divide equally into all tart shells and then divide butter mixture into each shell.
Bake at 400º for 14 minutes. Filling will be lightly browned but still bubbling.
