Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 pound pecan halves
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Step 1
1. Cover liner pan with circle of parchment paper, or spray NuWave Oven liner pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In mixing bowl, mix together egg white and water until frothy; set aside.
3. In separate bowl, combine sugar, salt and cinnamon.
4. Add pecans to egg white mixture and stir to coat evenly.
5. Transfer nuts to sugar mixture and toss until thoroughly coated.
6. Spread nuts evenly in prepared liner pan.
7. Bake on Power Level 6 for 15 minutes.
8. Stir pecans and bake on Power Level 6 for additional 15 minutes.
