Sparkling Grapefruit Sangria

Ingredients

• 1 - 750 ml. bottle Riesling white wine
• 1 - 750 ml. bottle prosecco (dry champagne)
• 1 cup grapefruit juice
• 1/2 cup simple sugar ( equal parts sugar & water)
• 1/2 cup club soda
• 1 1/2 cup sliced strawberries ( peaches)
• 1 grapefruit cut into slices if (desired)

Preparation

Mix well. Refrigerate & serve.
