- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 jar914oz) spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups(8oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink, drain. add spaghetti sauce. cover and simmer until heated through. pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. sprinkle with cheese. in a blender, combine the milk, eggs, oil, flour and salt; cover and process until smooth. pour over cheese. bake, uncovered at 400 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
