Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 1 cup condensed milk
• 3 cups heavy cream, divided
• 1/4 cup rum
• 1 cup sweetened coconut
• 2 tbs cocoa

Preparation

Step 1

prepare cake according to directions for two layers. meanwhile, in a bowl, combine next two ingredients and 2 cups heavy cream and rum.

poke holes in layers and pour mixture over cake.

whip remaining cream. spread cream and coconut on both layers and sprinkle with cocoa.
