Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, crumbled and browned
- 46 oz. chicken broth
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 bag frozen ( or canned) white corn
- 2 16 oz. bags frozen mixed vegetables
- 16 oz. chunky salsa
- shredded cheddar cheese
- tortilla chip
- sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef until well done.
Add all but the last 3 ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil Simmer
for at least 1 hour.
Top off individual bowls with broken tortilla chips, cheese and sour cream to taste.
