- 4 Pork Chops
- 1/2 sleeve(about 20) saltines
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1-2 tablespoons milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Crush saltines to fine crumbs.
2. Put in shallow dish or plate.
3. Mix egg and milk; put in another shallow dish or
plate.
4. Heat frying pan; melt 2 tablespoons fat
5. Dip pork chops in egg mixture; then into cracker
crumbs.
5. Let brown on one side, turn carefully so coating
doesn’t come off, brown on other side
6. Cook till juices run clear.
