Ingredients
- 1 chicken cut into parts or chicken cutlets
- 2/3 cup apricot preserves
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- Garlic powder to taste
- 2 large onions cut in wedges
- Orange slices for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Mix marinade. Pour over chicken. Add onions to pan.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake til done (20 min more for cutlets, 40-45 min for chicken parts)
