Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/3 sticks butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Put liners in muffin pan and spray liner with nonstick spray.
Combine flour, brown sugar and pecans; mix well
In a separate bowl, beat eggs till foamy. Add melted butter and stir well.
Combine egg mixture and flour mixture. Stir till moistened. Spoon into muffin cups. Fill almost full since there is no leavening agent.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Make 9 muffins.
