  • 1 cup fontina cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in food processor and process until clumps form.
Form inro a 12-inch log on parchment; wrap and chill.
Slice 1/3-inch thick.
Bake at 375 degreed F. 20 minutes.
