  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbs fresh-squeezed lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Try this sauce out. It takes all of 2 minutes to make. Put in in the fridge for awhile and it will thicken a bit. Then spoon it over whatever you want.

Add all ingredients to a blender and churn until emulsified

Tip: Make ahead of time and refrigerate the day before or the morning before serving to thicken

can you recommend anything to sub in place of Dijon mustard?? Its only thing I don’t have :’(

You can use yellow mustard if you have it. The mustard helps to emulsify the sauce. If the taste is off and you have horseradish, you can add a little for flavor. Hope this helps!
