- 1 oz white wine
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp basil, fresh, chopped
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 medium tomato(es), chopped
- 1 cup(s) canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup(s) canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 2/3 cup(s) uncooked string beans, fresh, trimmed and steamed
- 4 medium scallion(s), sliced
- 1/4 tsp table salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Step 1
Combine the vinegars, basil, and oil in a large bowl. Add the tomatoes, red kidney beans, cannellini beans, green beans, scallions, salt, and pepper; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled, about 2 hours. Yields about 1 cup per serving
