Beef and Cheese Foldover

Not sure where I found this recipe, but it's another one that I've made for years

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices of cheese
- 2 8 oz. packages Crescent rolls
- onion
- Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown beef and onion; drain well.
2. Unroll crescent rolls to 4 long rectangles on
ungreased sheet pan. Overlap long edges and press
perforations to seal. Pat to form 15x10 rectangle.
3. Spread meat down 4-inch center of the dough; to
within 1-inch of the ends.
4. Top meat with cheese .
5. Fold short edges of dough over filling; bring long
edges up, pinch to seal.
6. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or till golden brown. 7. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
* Add 1/3 c. b-b-q sauce for something different
