- 1/4 t GREEN FOOD COLORING
- 4 MINT CREAM FILLED SANDWICH COOKIES-CRUSHED
- (LIKE KEEBLER GRASSHOPPER OR GIRLSCOUT...)
- 2 PKG (4.67 OZ EACH) ANDES MINTS

Step 1
IN A MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL, MELT WHITE CHOCOLATE AND 4 t SHORTENING; STIR UNTIL SMOOTH. STIR IN FOOD COLORING. POUR EVENLY INTO MINIATURE MUFFIN CUP LINERS. SPRINKLE WITH COOKIE CRUMBS.
IN A MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL, MELT MINT CANDIES AND REMAINING SHORTENING, STIR UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR OVER THE COOKIE CRUMBS.
LET STAND UNTIL SET
