LIME MARINATED PORK WITH CITRUS SALSA

Ingredients
- Salsa:
- 1/2 cup chopped orange sections
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1 medium tomato seeded and chopped
- 1/2 red jalapeno chile finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- Pork:
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 2 (3/4 lb.) whole pork tenderloins

Step 1
In medium bowl combine all salsa ingredients, mix well. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour to blend flavors. In small bowl combine 2 tablespoons lime juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper, mix well. Brush oil mixture over pork tenderloins coating all sides. Place pork on grill and cook 20-30 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center turning occasionally. Serve with salsa.
