Ingredients
- 2 eggs, 2 egg whites
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1/4 cup brocolli
- Half a zucchini cut into strips
- 1/4 cup turkey sausage

Preparation
Step 1
Heat a large frying pan to med-high heat.
Assemble your rolls. Sprinkle the broccoli “rice” over the avocado spread, add your zucchini and turkey sausage and roll.
