  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons baking cocoa
  • 4 cups milk
  • 10 popsicle molds or 3 oz. cups and popsicle sticks

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour and cocoa.
2. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
3. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for
2 minutes or until thickened.
4. Cool slightly.
5. Pour ¼ cup into each mold or cup; top with holders or insert popsicle sticks.
6 Freeze until set.

*May be frozen for up to 3 months
