Ingredients
- 4 slices toast
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp strawberry jam
- crushed cereal
- eggs

Preparation
Step 1
spread each of 4 bread slices with 1 tbsp peanut butter and about 2 tsp strawberry jam. cover with remaining bread slices to make 4 sandwiches.
break eggs into shallow bowl. add milk and beat with wire whisk for 30 sec. place cereal in pie plate.
dip each sandwich into egg mixture , then into cereal, turning evenly to coat both sides.
place on lightly greased baking sheet. bake 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
cut each sandwich diagonally in half; top with 1/2 cup fresh fruit and sifted powdered sugar.
