- Dr. Ian Smith 1 cup of kale, stem removed
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 medium gala apple
- 1 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 7 pieces frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 dash of cayenne pepper
