Pizza (made in Bakers Edge brownie pan)

Use either homemade or refrigerated pizza dough
Includes homemade tomato sauce recipe

Ingredients

• Sauce:
• Pizza dough
• Pizza sauce (homemade recipe included)
• 1 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
• Favorite pizza toppings
• 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp thyme
• 3/4 tsp oregano
• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare the sauce by combining all sauce ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat.

While sauce is simmering, prepare the pizza dough.
Spray the Bakers Edge brownie pan with cooking spray.
Unroll pizza dough or roll homemade dough into a 10x14 rectangle. Cut dough into 4 strips, approximately 3 1/2 x 10. Place each strip into brownie pan, sealing seams at corners.
Top dough with pizza sauce.
Add cheese and then pizza toppings.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is melted.
